No, we do not accept insurance. We are a cash health marketplace that allows you to purchase services directly from the health provider at a very low cost. However, check with your insurance – they may reimburse you directly.
You will receive an email confirmation. You may also receive a confirmation text message, if you chose that option within your patient profile.
Once the health provider confirms your original appointment time, your payment will immediately transfer to their bank account, and you will need to adhere to the health provider’s patient appointment policy. If you are not able to go to your appointment or need to reschedule for any reason, we strongly suggest that you call the health provider’s office directly, and do so well in advance of your appointment time. Not showing up to your appointment or continuously rescheduling your appointment can result in losing your money. If you are experiencing difficulty with any health provider, please let us know immediately.

Once a health provider has requested to join our marketplace, we conduct a credentialing process that evaluates the qualifications and practice history of a health provider. This process includes a review of a doctor's completed education, training, residency and licenses. It also includes any certifications issued by a board in the doctor's area of specialty.
We strongly believe that an open marketplace leads to competitive pricing and greater convenience. But like any marketplace, this also means that some health providers will offer lower prices than others. This simply puts you at the driver’s seat – only you can decide what the best value is for you.
